How to Apply for a Home
Our goal is to make the application process as clear as possible to help you submit a complete application.
Incomplete applications cannot be processed, so please read the following steps carefully before you begin.
A separate application is required for every individual over the age of 18.
Our 4-Step Process

Step 1: Complete the Online Application
Fill out our secure online application form completely and accurately. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Once we get a complete application, we can schedule a tour!

Step 2: Screening & Verification
We will conduct a comprehensive background, credit, and reference check. We verify employment, income, and rental history to ensure a safe community for all residents.

Step 3: Approval & Deposit
If your application is approved, you will be notified and will have 24 business hours to pay the security deposit. This payment holds the unit for you.

Step 4: Lease Signing & Move-In
We‘ll schedule a time to sign the lease agreement. On move-in day, you'll pay the full month's rent and any security deposits due, receive your keys, and be welcomed to your new home!
